Q. Who can browse the Store?
A. Anyone. The TERAND Store is an excellent source of product information including product descriptions, access to MSDS, Product Information Bulletins, and Labels.

Q. Can the general public place TERAND orders?
A. No. Only CPC/TERAND approved accounts can place an order. CPC/TERAND does not sell directly to the end-user.  But the general public can use the TERAND Store website to research product information and data prior to placing an order with their supplier.

Q. Why are there no prices displayed when you first visit the Store?
A. Only CPC/TERAND approved accounts can login and see prices.

Q. How do I open a TERAND Store account?
A. All CPC/TERAND customers are eligible for an online account. Call your CPC account manager for details.

Q. How can I change or modify my account information?
A. To change any data in your account profile, please contact CPC Customer Service at 800-327-1835.

Q. Is the Store always open?
A. Yes, you can place an order 24/7.

Q. What is “NO TOUCH” shipping?
A. You can have your order drop-shipped directly to your customer at no additional charge (standard freight charges apply). This means you never have to inventory or “touch” the product. Now you can offer the complete TERAND line of quality products without stocking inventory. And your previously used NO TOUCH ship-to addresses are stored with your account information and are available to choose from with each order you place.

Q. Can I have a single order containing multiple products shipped to multiple locations?
A. No. A single order can only be shipped to a single location. Multiple shipping locations require multiple orders.

Q. If I place my order on the TERAND Store, can I pick it up at the factory?
A. Yes. Our South Florida and Southern California customers who are used to picking up their orders personally can still do so.

Q. How will my multiple-case order be packed for shipment?
A. Multiple case orders will be packaged in an outer box to ensure the best possible condition at arrival.

Q. What is the minimum order I can place on the TERAND Store?
A. One case.

Q. Is there a maximum order size I can place on the TERAND Store?
A. The Store is designed for small quantity orders deliverable by UPS Ground Service. The recommended maximum order size is 10 dozen cases because truck line shipping usually becomes more cost effective at a 10 dozen or higher quantity level. Maximum weight limit for online orders is 150 lbs.

Q. What methods of payment are available on the TERAND Store?
A. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q. If I order and pay using a credit card, are the charges immediately applied to my card?
A. No. Just like phone, fax, and email orders, a CPC account manager personally reviews each order before it is processed and charges apply.

Q. Do I receive any notification that the order was accepted by the Store?
A. Yes. An email confirmation is immediately sent upon order placement. The email contains details of the order including ship-to address and shipping charges. This allows you to invoice your end-user right away.

Q. Are transactions on the TERAND Store secure?
A. Yes, the TERAND Store uses industry standard SSL encryption. All transactions take place on a secure server.

Q. If I know the Terand product number, can I find a product without searching through the individual product categories?
A. Yes. Use the search function to find products based on their product number, name or key words in their descriptions. An advanced search function is also available.

Q. Can I review my previous purchases at the TERAND Store?
A. Yes. After logging on to the store with your username and password, you can choose Orders History under the Shopping Cart and review all previous order details including ship-to addresses. A printable version of each order can be produced for invoicing purposes.
